Mercure Penrith

“Absolutely wonderful place, all of the staff are very friendly. I couldn't sleep last night so I had a good chat with Kevin, he's a great bloke. The aircon and heaters work very well, the in-room facilities are spot on. The coffee from front desk is always perfect, the wifi is amazing. I went out for the full day and when I came back, my bed was perfectly made for me just to plop down on. The bathroom is so good, the shower belts you with nice hot water, I didn't want to get out of it. 5 stars, definitely worth every penny.”

“Booked accommodation at this hotel last minute after previous arrangements had fell through. The check-in process was very straightforward and accommodated by friendly and helpful customer service agents at the check-in counter. Got provided a free room upgrade, which was nice. The room was clean, spacious and had a nice view out to the courtyard and surrounding area along with the Blue Mountains in the distance. Plenty of parking to choose from and plenty of nearby food choices to pick from, along with the restaurant which I unfortunately did not get to experience due to the short stay. Will come back if I ever venture out to Western Sydney again.”

“We needed a place to stay as we had some events to get to in Penrith at night and also in the morning and we wanted something local to them. We had a car show to go to early Sunday morning so Mercure was nice and close. The room was perfect and a lovely little gift pack was there to welcome us! Bed was very comfortable, aircon was great and the staff were very helpful, we will be back!!”

“An awesome place to stay. The Mercure is connected to Panthers and staying allows you special access into the Panthers complex including a very wide selection of food and entertainment. The staff are wonderful, helpful and always smiling. Close to local shops, the Museum of Fire and food venues. Rooms are immaculate, the gym is well equipped and there is a private lounge area for families and groups.”

“This is a handy place to stay if you head out west of Sydney. It is really handy to the league club which has everything you could need. If you venture 5 minutes away there are all the shops and businesses that you could ask for. Instill can't believe that in 2026 we have to have a physical credit card to check in. The room was paid for, but without producing the physical card to an unknown person to take away they would not let me stay. It is time to be mindful of everyones security and privacy. Take a deposit or a hold on the card when you pay.”
